Mom talk is a series of small intimate group based seminars taking place in local businesses in the Manchester NH area.  Each day will have a different topic in areas that moms find themselves thinking about and talking about on a regular basis. This will be a time where you can hear other's experiences and let Julia help you understand why these topics are so prevalent and more importantly how to begin to shift your thinking to be more empowered and self-compassionate.
